External Applications for Joint Pain:
Apply a warm cloth that's been soaked in boiled Apple Cider Vinegar on area of pain.
Lay a cloth soaked in Alcohol on affected area; also good for mild headaches.
Massage Apple cider Vinegar and the Whites of 12 Eggs on painful areas.
Rub on Olive Oil and Cayenne Pepper mixed. Eating Cayenne will also help internally.
Rub Sassafras Oil, Spearmint Oil, and Olive Oil on pained areas.
