  • When you have conjunctivitis, the most common symptom would be the redness of your eyes. Specifically the white part of your eyes or the inner eyelid or both.
  • Another symptom of conjunctivitis that can be linked is the itchiness that you experience with the ailment.
  • Some people who suffer from pink eye or conjunctivitis may find that they have a rather greenish or white sticky discharge coming out of their eyes.
  • Conjunctivitis can also bring about an increase in the amount of tears that come out of your eyes as well as a burning feeling and blurred vision.
  • You may also experience a certain level of blurred vision when you have conjunctivitis. An increase in the sensitivity of your eyes to light is also another symptom that may develop with conjunctivitis.
  • When you have pink eye, you might find that when you wake up in the morning that your eyelashes have crusted over with what seems like yellowish, sticky discharge. This is also a possible symptom you may experience with this ailment.
