You may not be having constipation problem, but let me know the consistency of your stool. Is it hard, do you have to strain while passing stool? If so then you should eat lot of fibrous foods such as vegetables and fruits. This change in diet will ensure soft stool that may not need straining. Also consume enough water in a day. At least 8 to 9 glasses in a day. Avoid eating spicy and processed food. The possibility of fissure cannot be ruled out. For this you should consult your doctor. Never ignore this problem and consult your doctor. Let me know what your doctor says after examining you.
