This is due to a number of possible reasons.- A woman may be suffering from these menopausal disorders due to family history or heredity. If female members of your family and your mother went through a difficult menopausal stage, chances are, you will also experience the same things they did when you go through menopause.
- Some women are born with ovarian problems that can cause menopausal disorders when they go through menopause. These ovarian problems can be due to a viral infection that their mother may have had while they were pregnant and this gave these women these congenital ovarian problems that are then the cause of these menopausal disorders.
- When a woman has cancer, she has to undergo certain treatments to get rid of the cancerous cells in her system. These treatments may be chemotherapy or radiation therapy. These two cancer treatments can also affect a woman’s ovaries and may cause her to have menopausal problems later in life.
- Another possible reason why a woman may have menopausal disorders are autoimmune disorders that may attack a woman’s reproductive system and may cause her to have damaged ovaries or reproductive system.
