Stress Problem:

Stress is actually the normal physical response of a person’s body whenever faced with certain perceived dangers. When you talk about stress, there are a lot of factors that play into it like emotional, environmental, physical, and mental. Stress is not actually an ailment but is a response that is supposed to make the body react in such a way to defend the person experiencing the stress.
  • When a person feels suddenly defensive and takes on a “fight or flight” stance, this is called the stress response of the body. This is often what makes a person do certain things during stressful moments when quick thinking and quick action is required.
  • Stress is only detrimental when a person fails to function properly or fails to do the things that are needed to be done due to the overwhelming feeling of problems converging on him, work piling up, and other similar elements making him feel in over his head.
  • Some stress is fine, but it is too much stress that the person cannot handle that causes the mental and physical ailments that we see. Too much stress is different in each person, with one person being able to withstand more than another. The different stress tolerance levels people have make it difficult to ascertain how much is too much where stress is concerned.
