  • Ingredients
    • Fresh tuna
    • 1 egg
    • Cayenne
    • 2 to 3 flakes of chili
    • 1 large onion
    • ½ tsp olive oil.
    • Cooking instructions
      • Chop the onions until they are fine. Sauté and let these turn to golden brown in the saucepan over a mild flame.
      • Mix tuna, scrambled egg, chili, salt, and cayenne in the mixing bowl.
      • Add finely chopped onion in the bowl.
      • Put all ingredients in the saucepan and cook until tuna has turned deep brown.

Zucchini Latkes

  • Ingredients
    • 2 cups coarsely grated zucchini
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 beaten egg
    • ½ cup buckwheat flour
    • quinoa flour or rice flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • Cooking instructions
      • Mix together the baking powder and flour.
      • Add the salt.
      • Then, sprinkle the mixture over the zucchini.
      • Add the onions and stir well.
      • Add the egg and stir the mixture again.
      • Shape into cakes and fry in healthy oil such as extra virgin olive oil.
