I have a lot of ache in my arms all day. Have an unsettled stomach. There is no chest pain but occasional “pushing” feeling over lower part of the breast bone. Is it due to exercise or lifting heavy things?

You may find the difference. You have not mentioned your age. But if you are above the age of 40, then cardiac evaluation should be done, even if you are not suspecting any relevant problem with heart.
