Liver pain is felt in the right hypochondriac region, just below the right side of rib cage in the abdomen.

  • At the onset liver pain is dull; it is generally felt in upper right portion of the abdomen.
    At times liver pain can radiate to right shoulder or the back. Liver pain can be confused with various other abdominal organ pains, therefore it is very important to identify liver pain and treat at its onset.
  • Yellow discoloration of eye due to viral hepatitis and obstructive jaundice.
  • Skin itching.
  • Decreased appetite.
  • Nausea and vomiting.
  • Brown spots on skin.
  • Excessive sweating.

  • Irregular heartbeats.
  • Kidney pain.
  • Pain associated with breathing and coughing.
