Trauma. Minor to major accidents that left injuries in the body can cause constant body aches. At most often times, the aches that are experienced constantly worsens during cold or winter time.
Degeneration. This is primarily due to aging. Older patients have a high risk in having constant body aches even when they do not have any illnesses or have not met an accident in the past.
Genetics. Patients who are experiencing constant pain may have acquired it from their parents or other relatives.
Illnesses. There is a long list of illnesses that can cost constant body aches. Some of the most common ones include flu, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lyme disease, influenza, viral gastroenteritis, Colorado tick fever, lupus, and so much more. This is why it is important for patients to consult a doctor when aches in the body become constant since it may indicate serious illnesses that need proper care.
