    I burp constantly. This problem has been for about 2 weeks now. I have always been anaemic. I feel full when I eat small portions of food but after a while I feel hungry again. I skip breakfast almost every day. How can this constant burping habit go away?

In most cases burping is functional as a result of sudden laughter, too hot or cold drinks, excessive smoking, eating too hot and spicy food, anxiety and stress etc. Here are following ways that may help you:
      • If you are smoking quit it.
      • Try to relax if you are tensed and anxious. When you feel stressed breathe deeply and slowly.
      • Avoid drinking bubbly beverages.
      • Do not instantly lie down after you eat.
      • Eat slowly
      • Keep your mouth closed while chewing.
      • Mix half teaspoon of ginger juice in 2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add the content in half glass of warm water. Sip this water slowly. It is known to ease burping.
      • Chew few cardamoms. It reduces spasm in the stomach.
      • Chew caraway seeds as it helps to calm the digestive tract.
      • Mint leaves are also effective in easing burps.
