Preventing Corns
Best way to prevent corns is reduction or elimination of pressure at points on the hands and feet. Padding used must have foam with a hole so that redistribution of pressure occurs around the corn and not over it. Placement of foam should be on the location of corns formation. For providing good amount of rest to the sole and reduce mechanical pressure, use cushioned pads. Stay away from wearing high heeled shoes with one side being worn because body weight falls on unevenly.
