    Inhaling steam is also a good and effective home remedy for reducing constant Flem in throat. Besides steam inhalation also makes the expulsion of mucus easier. Adding few drops of eucalyptus oil is an added advantage. All you have to do is, boil some amount of water in a pot. Once it has come to a boiling point or when the steam starts to appear, remove the pot from the stove and add few drops of eucalyptus oil. Now inhale this naturally medicated steam.
