Dark Underarms Diet Treatment:
While there is no specific diet to help you avoid dark underarms, there are some things that you should eat to help keep you healthy and to keep your underarms and the rest of your body clean, bacteria free, and safe from such occurrences like darkening and odor.
- Eat a well-balanced diet that consists of vegetables, fresh fruits, legumes, and whole wheat products. Avoid fatty food and other high toxin food items that will cause your sweat to become sticky and smelly.
- Since sweat is a proponent for dark and smelly underarms, try to drink lots of clean and clear water as well as fresh fruit juices to make the sweat that comes out of your body clean. Since spices and other strong smelling condiments can emit their odors out of your body through your sweat, it would be best to avoid these to control the possible odor that may come from your sweating underarms.
- Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods to help flush out the toxins that can cause underarm darkening and the bad odor that may come with it.
