  • Avoid caffeine and teas since it is known to absorb iron that supplies red blood cells in the body.

  • Sun exposure to get enough color back on the lips.

  • A mixture of lemon juice, rose water and glycerine is equally effective to bring a rosy glow to the lips.

  • Lemon juice and honey is also a good remedy for pale lips.
