Also known as gastritis, gastric trouble is never a comfortable feeling. It happens when the stomach is filled with air. It causes numerous symptoms to people having this disorder. A person suppressing gastric trouble feels the stomach to protrude. Uneasiness is also felt including a burning sensation in the stomach, back pain, chest pain, and suffocation.

A severe problem inside the stomach and chest may lie that triggers this gastric trouble. A diagnosis is usually obtained based on factors like the time of occurrence, the time of uneasiness, and other related problem. People who suffer from gastric trouble describe it as constipation and indigestion. Gastric trouble can affect people of all ages and sexes.

It could also come from unhealthy eating habits like eating hastily, eating irregularly, talking while eating, and excessively drinking water during meal time. Excessive consumption of spicy foods can also add up to the cause of having gastric trouble.

Ulcer is another cause of a gastric trouble. If left untreated, it could lead to more serious medical condition like stomach bleeding and intestinal leakage. Long-term gastric trouble could be caused by a problem in the esophagus. If gastric formation persists, it is recommended to have a check up as it could be a symptom to a more serious condition like cancer.

Gastric Trouble Home Remedies

  • Chew food slowly and drink 10 to 12 glasses a day.

  • Drinking coconut juice is a good remedy to gastric trouble. It gives the stomach the necessary nutrients.

  • Another remedy for gastric trouble is rice gruel that should be taken twice a day.

  • Likewise, potato juice is recommended for patients to drink. A half cup potato juice should be taken thirty minutes before meal time for two or three times a day.

  • Infusion of herbs is also efficient.

  • Garlic should be roasted without peeling its skin and chewed thereafter.

  • Limejuice is another alternative to fight acidity.

  • Drinking ginger tea after a meal helps in the process of digestion.

  • Avoid vigorous activities after meals.
