There are two problems, one is headache and other is bad smelling flatus. Headache can be due to various reasons. Improper sleep, refractory error, and many other causes can produce headache. You should also check your blood pressure with your doctor. Often bad smelling flatus results when there is insufficient bowel movement. Therefore ensure that the bowel movement is complete. Eat food containing fibers. It helps easy evacuation of feces.

Before taking medicines you need to find the underlying reason for headache. Often refractory error may give rise to headache or heaviness in head. Check with your optician if you are having numbers. If you are suffering from sinusitis, it may cause frontal headache with heaviness in head and face. Check your hemoglobin level. Anemia may cause dizziness and heaviness in head together with generalized weakness.

Human mind is tremendous instrument which has immense capacity to think. However, if the thoughts are negative producing doubts, guilt, shame and blame it can seep your energy and reduce the feeling of happiness. It can be one of the reason for heaviness in head. The best way to deal with this problem is to consult a psychologist. After few sittings of counseling the condition may become better. She should practice yoga and meditation.

The symptoms that you have described suggest you are more tensed for the best reasons that you only know about. However, the best way to deal with it is to be calm and patient because any trouble does not remain permanently. Courage and patience often helps a person to increase his self esteem as well as diminish frustrations. Practice yoga and meditation. Take a walk for 30 minutes daily. Check your blood pressure. If you feel anemic, test your blood for hemoglobin level. Take 7 to 8 hours sleep. Eat healthy nutritious food. All this will help you to overcome your problem.
