How to Prepare Apple Cider Vinegar for Heartburn

Preparation for the treatment of heartburn using apple cider vinegar is very simple.

  • Pour at least two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or just plain vinegar into a glass of water.

  • Stir the mixture well and consume.

  • Since the taste can be pretty nasty, adding a little honey to the concoction can help with the taste.

  • For best results, drink it after a meal.
