  • Avoid using tight clothes and undergarments. Clothes made from cotton are more preferred as this absorbs sweat and moisture in the skin.

  • Consume yogurt on a daily basis, as this fights off the fungus.

  • Keep away from over scratching the affected areas because this would only worsen the condition.
