  • When a woman has PMS, she may experience a number of symptoms that may make her feel uncomfortable and irritable.
These symptoms include bloating, acne, fatigue, sore breasts, and backaches. She may also experience bowel problems like constipation and diarrhea. Other symptoms may include mental problems like depression, buckling under stress, and even unexplained feelings of sadness. Food cravings are also part of PMS.
  • The main symptom of amenorrhea is the absence of a woman’s period after she has had it for some time or the total absence of her period even when she is past the age when she should have started menstruating.
