There is no specific treatment for sesame seed allergy, or any food allergy for that matter. The best thing to do is deal with the allergic reaction per se. For example, if one is having an anaphylactic reaction, it’s best to bring the patient to a doctor immediately. Mild symptoms such as itching are usually dealt with antihistamines.
