I am 25/m, since few months I am suffering from breathing problems, cough, weight loss, etc.
I am regular smoker. What are the chances of TB in my case?

The symptoms that you describe can also be due to bronchitis. Many factors count while diagnosing TB such as how many kilograms of weight you have lost and in how many months, history of fever which is usually mild, history of spitting blood in sputum etc. The tests which aid in diagnosis of TB are: Complete blood count (CBC), ESR, Sputum examination for TB, X-ray chest, Mantoux test. Whatever may be the reason, the first thing that you need to do is to quit smoking. Secondly consult a good chest physician for diagnosing the cause and treating the condition.
