  • Avoid refined, processed and tinned foods. These foods are high in preservatives and chemicals which tend to interfere with the hormonal cycle of the body which may result in vaginal bleeding irregularities
  • Increase the intake of Natural fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. These foods are rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, essential for normal functioning of the body.
