Since three to four months, there are 8 to9 small white bumps on my scrotum. There is no itching or burning sensation. They are tiny and not easily detected. I have similar white spots on my face. Can there be any association between them? What are they?

The most probable reason for your white bumps is Molluscum contagiosum. It is a type of virus infection. It spreads in the same way as Warts. Usually they are harmless. They go away on their own after few months. Local application of homeopathic medicine Thuja Q is found to be very effective in treating Molluscums.

I had gone for swimming in a public pool. After a few days I started getting rashes on my scrotum. It then developed into white bumps which are irritating and painful. Over the last couple of days, it has spread to my testicles. It does not itch but causes lot of discomfort. I am afraid that it is spreading. What medicines do I need to take to cure this condition?
