What Causes Gout in Foot and Home Remedies to Prevent and Treat It

  • Intake of certain herbs, fruits, and various home remedies.
  • Avoiding foods that trigger or cause gout.
  • Drinking plenty of water and fluids.
  • Avoiding caffeinated and carbonated drinks.
