I have a 9 month old baby. After delivery, my monthly cycle extended by 2 – 3 days. I am worried of this irregularity in menses. Earlier my cycle was 30 days. Should I go for a check-up? Is this normal?

Are you breastfeeding your child? Usually during the period of breast feeding, woman generally has irregular cycles. Sometimes the cycle remains absent for months together. Even though there is less likelihood of pregnancy, you may wait for few more days before going for check up.
