How to Prepare Vaginal Douche at Home
There are basically two types of vaginal douche solutions namely an acidifier (vinegar) and a buffer (baking soda).
Vinegar Douche:

- Ingredients: apple cider vinegar and water at room temperature

- Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into two cups of water at room temperature
Baking Soda Douche:

- Ingredients: Baking soda and distilled water
- Device needed: douche bag or vaginal bulb syringe
- Mix one teaspoon of baking soda into a glassful or warm distilled water and allow to mix well.
