  • Development of allergies and other reactions

  • Poor memory, memory lapses and poor concentration

Sleeping pills do not cure insomnia; it only makes you highly dependant.

You need to find a holistic cure for the disorder. Lifestyle modifications, following a regular routine, exercising daily, setting out a consistent schedule and having a regular sleep-wake pattern will help you.
